More Website Enhancements

I have been working on adding some additional pages and features to the website. Now folks can sign up for our contact list, be listed as a Founder-level member, and we'll have a bit about both battles up soon as Bill Penn writes up a few paragraphs for me. It struck me recently that it was strange to ask for folks to join the CBF without providing a bit of the Civil War history they would be supporting with their memberships. Not sure why it took me this long to think about that!
